Very interesting photo! Could be a juvenile of one of our common birds ... but
it could be something really out of place. It is hard to tell from just one
photo exactly what the markings and what the effects of lighting might be .....
could you describe the bird .... did you take notes?
To me it looks like a Thrush of some sort.... just a guess.
