Pine siskins are still here in Forest, VA (Bedford Co., near Lynchburg). I had
a flock of about 6 at my feeders today, as well as a flock of about 9 gold
finches. The juncos seem to be gone, but the white-throated sparrrows are
still here - although in reduced numbers. I've seen 3 chipping sparrows at the
feeders and brown-headed cowbirds at the birdbath.
