[Va-bird] Virginia Rail OBWR

Hello Mates, 

I counted 5 Rail at Occoquan Bay WR .  After waiting for about three hours I 
was able to see and photo one of them. 
It is amazing how they can be right in front of you and making all kinds of 
noise and you still can't see them.
