spotted a male STFL on the power line on Rt 30. This was at about 5:20pm
6/14. We stopped, took some pictures, and eBirded it. The location was a few
100 yards west past Rt 604, maybe 2 miles or so into King William county.
Bird was still on the wire when we left after 5 minutes.
