I just had a group of at least 100 snow geese fly over my house in Dumfries. I
heard them long before I saw the large "V" formation of white against the dark
sky. It was an amazing sight.

calling, but their necks were too short to be Tundra Swans. I've never
heard of Snow Geese in Arlington before, but I'm happy to have them, even
if they're just passing through.
