Just to follow up on this report; further details provided indicate this to
be a good record. To my knowledge it has not been seen since the initial
sighting.
Location at Dutch Gap was described as
The snowy owl was on the 6 mile loop trail, near the heron rookery, just
across the bridge. This area is very marshy and there are many small
"islands".
