Hi All,
I (obviously) didn't see Mike Wilson's earlier post, so thanks for alerting
the VA-Bird community. Also just to clarify I was merely the middle-man
here. In this age of digital workflow the Raven is digitally typeset and
"printed" to PDF which is then printed in the traditional manner. So in
short I didn't have to scan anything.
