Robert and all,

Many migrants were definitely overhead last night.  I heard several, including
a singing Scarlet Tanager, here in Vienna.  The radar showed pretty heavy
migration.

I wish I had time to bird today!  First of season Blackpoll Warbler.  Heard in
the neighborhood this morning.

After traveling widely enjoying the spring migrants, I was blown away with
the diversity of warblers found in my backyard this afternoon. If you don't
realize it - now is the time to get out! Many of these are first ever to my
back yard:

Rose Breasted Grosbeak
Black-Throated Green Warbler
Hermit Thrushes
Yellow-Rumped Warblers
Common Yellowthroats
American Redstarts

And the usual suspects. I think I'll stay home and bird tomorrow.
