This video highlights a most unusual experience with a yard bird this morning.
The bird, I believe a juvenile, either wasn't quite right or has lots to learn
about the ways of the world!

Perched atop a chimney, it watched as I loaded the car. On liftoff, I expected
to leave. Instead it dropped down beside me. This may not have been the best
omen, but it was intriguing, nonetheless!
