[Va-bird] White Ibis NOT White-faced

By the way... for anyone who noticed my eBird data yesterday with the "clerical 
error" of "6 White-faced Ibis"  where it should (of course) have been, "6 White 
Ibis" I apologize. It was just my own A.D.D. brain making a mistake.  And I 
have been a bit under the weather... yeah, I am going to blame it on that too. 
I have amended my eBird report.
