[Va-bird] White Ibis in Rockbridge Co.

All - A juvenile White Ibis was located in Rockbridge Co. on Buffalo Creek 
south of Lexington.  Kudos to Wendy Richards for spotting the bird.  It appears 
that this is the first record for White Ibis in the county.  I've up-loaded 
some pictures to the flickr. photo gallery associated with my Birds of 
Rockbridge Co. web page.
