Hiya everyone!
I had my binoculars at lunch with me today and I saw two White-throated
Sparrows. One appeared to have been either a very drab, or possibly first
winter white-morph, or a tan striped morph. The yellow on one was very
faint, but the other was rather bold, which really confirmed my sighting. I
did also notice the crown stripes but that was secondary to the boldly
marked adult. One showed aggression to a Chipping Sparrow that flew in and
chased it away. i do not know if this is early because the weather has been
warm then suddenly turned cold, but I thought it was rather interesting.
Later in the day, I saw a Cooper's/Sharp-shinned Hawk dive into some trees,
followed by three groups of blackbirds that I did not even know were present
in the area.
Until later, God bless,
