[Va-bird] White-winged Scoter & Long-tailed Duck - Burke Lake, Fairfax County

VA Birders,
A small group of NVBC members were able to find an adult female White-winged 
Scoter, and 2 female Long-tailed Duck this morning out from the marina near the 
edge of the ice. Also several Horned Grebe present with the plentiful Canada 
Geese.
