On occasion, there's no place like home! Two Canada Warblers splashed at
length in the waterfall feature, with a Chestnut-sided and a Black-and-white
Warber gleaning bugs in the Golden-rain Tree above. Also had Canada Warblers
here (again, favoring the water) on Aug 15 & 19. Â
None today, but A. Restarts have been showing up in the yard since August 13.Â
They were notablly absent (or at least not seen by us) last weekend (Sunday
8/30) on their mountain breeding grounds in Shenandoah National Park (Pocosin
Cabin.)
