Hello birders,
I birded for a couple of hours in the city this morning, and found a few
migrants. I spent most of the time in main section of the James River Park.
Highlights being Yellow-bellied Flycatcher, Blue-winged Warbler. Other
warbler species included Black-and-white Warbler, Common Yellowthroat,
American Redstart, Chestnut-sided Warbler, Ovenbird, and Canada Warbler
(this is my 3rd Canada in the past 2 weeks in the park system. I also saw
one yesterday at the wetlands, as well as a Hooded Warbler and
Yellow-Breasted Chat). ebird lists >
