[Va-bird] a bit more on Nelson's Sparrow

Sorry to post again, but I realized I had forgotten to add that the Nelson's 
Sharp-tailed Sparrow we saw today at Ragged Island WMA was a brightly marked 
individual, suggesting that it was of the interior subspecies.  Thanks,
