Hey all, I saw 2 Blue-gray Gnatcatchers and 1 Northern Rough-winged Swallow
near the Lion's Bridge, Mariner's Museum Park. Waterfowl numbers in the James
River off this point seem to have dropped considerably, but there was still a
nice showing of Horned Grebes in various plumages, with a few sporting full
breeding plumage close to shore. Still atleast 1 Red-breasted Nuthatch hanging
around the yard. All the best,
Nick Flanders.
