A beautiful morning for birding; unfortunately Leesylvania continues to be
migrant poor compared to past years. Highlights were Blue Grosbeak (female),
Yellow-throated vireo, and Scarlet Tanager (2). Warblers were few and far
between, even Yellow-rumps (7). Did see and hear a Yellow Warbler though near
the picnic shelter. The only other warblers were Yellow-throated (2) and
Prothonotary (5). Hope wherever you were this morning was birdier.
