N. Juncos have arrived at Occoquan NWR, and E. Phoebes (2), G. Catbirds (2),
and an Indigo Bunting are lingering.
Highlight of the morning was an imm. Sharp-shinned Hawk trying to flush
sparrows. Occoquan Bay held a raft of several hundred A. Coots and couple
hundred Laughing Gulls.
