This short tutorial is to help you back up all your emails which are contained within your contacts folder if your are a Microsoft Outlook user. This is not the same as Outlook Express so this is only for people using Microsoft Outlook. 1. Export to a file then tab to the next button. 2 Press the up arrow in the list and choose, . Export to excel 97 2003. 3. A list of all available folders comes up with the inbox being the first one. from this list choose "contacts" and tab key to next button then press enter. 4. Now give the contacts list a filename such as addresses.xls and tab to next. 5. On the next screen tab to the finish buttonand press enter key. You should have a file in your My Documents folder called "Addresses". This file can be opened up using Microsoft Excel. You can add new email addresses etc into it via excel should you wish too.
