The help file in Kurzweil is open thus not allowing me to do as you propose so how can I close it please? The usual stroke of F4 or alt F4 doesn't do it for me. Cheers, Tony ----- Original Message ----- From: Joan Ann Brosnan To: vip_students@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Sent: Friday, November 30, 2012 4:09 PM Subject: [vip_students] Re: Reading file in My Documents With Kurzweil Hi Tony It would be easier if you opened the PDF document while in Kurzweil. press control and O to open the file Shift tab once to get to the list of folders and backspace twice to get to the my documents folder. Now tab and you will see a list of files in the my documents folder and choose the one that you want to read and press enter. This should work for you. Joan Ann.
