Hi All,
I thought I would give you some items for your diaries. This is in relation 
to keeping your computer spyware and virus clean.  Perform the following
tasks and please make a note of when you last did these procedurers and a
note of when you  should do them again. I recommend at least once every
fortnight.

1. Use "Ad-Aware" to check for spyware.
2. Use "Spybot" to check for spyware, note that you really need to use both 
these programs as some spyware may not be picked up by one or other of the
two programs mentioned.

3. Do a manual  virus check of your PC.

These steps apply to everyone.

Any questions about  using the above mentioned software just write to us
here on the list.
