As Ger said in his e-mail, I completed my ECDl a year ago through FAS in
Limerick which allowed me to work around the day that suited. Try and contact
the main office in Dublin which I believe would give you the proper information
on where you can abail of this in the Dublin area.
I hope the above will give you the chance to persue of the ECDL course.
