HI all,

Thanks for the kind words regarding the website and I'm glad it's of some use
to people. Following on from the feedback from Joe, Loretta, Ricky, and others,
thanks a million for that by the way, I'm now trying to include some local
newspapers on the site. Most of the local and regional newspapers don't have
text versions of their websites so I'm accessing them through Google's mobile
search engine which then gives them a more cut down, text only feel but you'll
find on occasions a link to a news story may not work.

I will say as I have done before that the Easylinks website is really only a
place to develop your skills for using headings, links, reading text on
websites etc. so don't be afraid to try and access your local newspaper's main
website as I'm sure a lot of them will be accessible, and if they are not it's
worth dropping them an email to highlight it. Websites should not be relying on
text only versions for accessibility but should be accessible to everyone. As I
said the Easylinks site is just a good place to gain confidence in using the
Internet.

So just to let you know at the moment I've put links to the Anglo Celt, the
Westmeath Examiner, and the Meath Chronicle on the Easylinks website, thanks
for the suggestions Ricky but please do contact me if you'd like me to include
your local or regional newspaper and I'll try my best to include it. A lot of
local and regional newspapers are moving towards paying a subscription for
their online content so it may not always be possible, Joe the Bray People now
looks for a subscription payment for nearly all of their online content I'm
afraid!

So finally apologies for the big long message and the website again is
http://easylinks.yolasite.com/

All the best,

Francis
