Step 1. Save the file attached to this email into your "My files folder".
The file is called "company.xls"

Step 2. Open up Microsoft Excel.

Step 3:  Press Ctrl-O to open the Open dialog box.

JFW announces, "Open Dialog File Name: Edit Combo." The insertion point
appears in the File Name field.

Step 4:   Press keys "shift + tab key" to reverse jump once back into your
list of files and folders.

Step 5: Arrow down the list till yu come to "my files" and press the enter
key.

Step 6: Arrow down to the file "company.xls" and press the enter key to open
it.

JFW announces, "Company.xls  Sheet1  Pampered Piggies Pedicure Products
A1," when the workbook opens.

Step 7:  Maximize the program window by pressing Alt-Spacebar to pull down
the Control menu. Then, press X to choose the Maximize command.


Review Sheet1 of Company.xls.  
Complete the following six steps to review Sheet1 in the Company.xls
workbook.

Step 1:  Press Ctrl-Home to move to the first cell in the worksheet. JFW
announces, "First Cell  Pampered Piggies Pedicure Products  A1."

Step 2:  Press Ctrl-Shift-D to open the Cells with Data dialog box. Then,
press the Down Arrow key repeatedly to review the cells containing data.
When finished, press Escape to close the dialog box.

The focus returns to cell A1.

Step 3:  Press Ctrl-Shift-C to open the column data dialog box. Then, press
the Down Arrow key repeatedly to review the cells in column A that contain
data. When finished, press Escape to close the dialog box.

The focus returns to cell A1.

Step 4:  Press Ctrl-Shift-R to open the row data dialog box. Then, press the
Down Arrow key repeatedly to review the cells in row 1 that contain data.
When finished, press Escape to close the dialog box.

The focus returns to cell A1.

Step 5:  Press the Up, Down, Right, and Left Arrow keys to review the
worksheet.

Remember, at anytime you can press Ctrl-Shift-C to open the column data
dialog box or Ctrl-Shift-R to open the row data dialog box. Use these dialog
boxes to determine the amount and type of data in each column and row.

Step 6:  When you have finished reviewing the worksheet, press Ctrl-Home to
return to the first cell.
