Hi Eleanor,

"Is it possible for example for me to post to FaceBook in General or must I
only jpost to someone's facebook where they hve given me permission, other
than that, can it only be my own FaceBook page? Similarly with Twitter.

You must become a friend of the person to whom you wish to send messages too
so you must first request their permission to become a friend and if they
agree then a link to their profile page will appear on your list of friends
on your Facebook page and also your profile page will appear on their page.
Once you then go into their profile page you can send messages and write up
on their wall etc.

"I know a particular charity I am interested in and it has a FaceBook page,
can I post to that FaceBook page?

Only to the wall which there should be a link to on the page. You can also
indicate if you like or dislike something on the page.

Don't really use twitter so much I'm afraid.
