[vip_students] Getting Started Tips for Windows 7

Hi folk,
I'm moving from XP to Windows 7 in the nexxt day or so and wonder if anyone
can give me a few tips in getting started.
What email client for example does it use and is that client and windows 7
in general easy to use compared to XP.
I look forward to the upgrade challenge and indeed reading up on the 'help'
but a few pointers from your experience in getting started would be
appreciated too.
