Hello, I bought an ipod the other day. When I hook it to my computer I get a dialogue box in itunes telling me itunes has found a macintosh formatted ipod. Restore to work with windows. Where in itunes do I find the restore button? I took it back to the shop for them to reset it, that didn't work. Thanks Martha
