Hi Dominique,
You need to change this setting within Windows 10 itself. Try the following:
Windows 10
While on the "Desktop" press keys, "Winkey + I" to open up Windows 10
settings.
2. Press keys, "Shift + tab" to move into the search edit box and type in
excluding quotes, "Time".
3. Press the "Tab key" once and you should now be on "Date and time"
settings.
4. Press "Enter key" once on this option.
5. Now press "Tab key" to "Change date and time formats" and press
"Spacebar" once.
6. Press the "Tab key" about four times till you are on the "Short time"
combo box then press the "Up or down arrow" once to change this to a short
time.
Note: You will know when you have selected the short time, "12 hour format"
as it will only have one "H" at the beginning whereas the long time, "24
hour" has a double "H" at the beginning of the time.
7. Also press the "Tab key" once more and correct the time format in the
second combo box using "Up or down arrows".
8. Once you have done this press the "Enter key" once on the "Home" button
to complete.

I'm Using Outlook 2016 with Windows 10 and the latest version of Jaws and
what I'd like help with are the following:
The time is displayed on all my unopened e-mails as 24 hour, and I'd like it
as 12 hour instead. How do I change this?
When I open Outlook or go back to whatever field I'm in, it says the name of
my e-mail address all the time, E.G. Outlook - Inbox -
hollyandopal@xxxxxxxxx <mailto:hollyandopal@xxxxxxxxx> How do I stop my
e-mail address name from being announced? I just want it to say "Outlook
Inbox"
