hi again,
what I'm actually referring to is moving apps to different pages. So,
that's the first part of double-tap-and-hold, where an app is moved to
another page. "Icon approaching border", VO says, and then you can move.
Drag it to the right or left, depending on where you want to put it.
However, instead of double-tapping to delete, back out by pressing the
Home button. (This needs some practice to get right.)
Reordering items is the term used for reorganising items things in the
VoiceOver Rotor.
