Hi all
I am hoping someone can help me with an issue I am having with ITunes.
I am assisting a friend who is using an IPhone 5S running IOS7.1.1 and the
latest version of ITunes.
He has tried to update his phone to the latest IOS but the phone will not
allow him to do so as it says that there is not enough space available on
the phone.
We have connected the phone to ITunes and have tried to remove the music
that is currently on the phone with no success.
I can do this successfully with my own phone and have compared the settings
which are the same. Each time I sync the phone, it says that there is not
enough space. ITunes says that there is 7GB of free space.
My questions are:
How can I remove all the music from the phone?
Would it be worth restoring the phone?
