Comes down to this thing of the number of lives one has for a screen reader.
The key Tony should have from the time of purchase, it may be on a CD or if he
has the origional packaging. I don't know who the Rep for Freedom Scientific
is in Ireland but in the UK it is Sight & Sound if Tony needs to get them to
activate the key again. I hear many of these companies are getting very
difficult about giving these so-called 'lives'. Finally I think the activation
of the Key is to be found by going in to the Help Menu and following that
little Wizzard where the key is inserted. I usually cut and paste the key from
Word.

  Hello Tony,
unfortunately when you change hardware on your computer jaws thinks this is a
new computer so from my experience you have to reinstall another jaws key.

    Afternoon Paul and all,

We installed extra ram on my work networked PC and immediately a message
came up that Jaws is running in 40 minute mode which it hadn't ever before.

I am of course using an authorized version of Jaws 12.

Anyone who can definitively assist here it would be great.
