Hello Joan.

In most screen readers you can set caps lock as an insert key. This means that when you press and hold caps lock, it'll act as insert, and when you press it twice in quick succession, it'll turn caps lock on and off. Please let us know which screen reader you are using and I or others will provide more specific instructions should you require them.

all the best,

Mo.

Hi there
I just got a new Lenovo laptop in work. It doesn't have an insert key. to get insert now I need to press the function key and the page down key together which is quite awkward as they are on either side of the keyboard. Is there anything I can do to change this?

Thanks
Joan Ann.
