Hi Jackie,
If you are positive your log in details are correct then is it possible you
have checked the Save Password option on the website, as this would enter
your password automatically and if you then enter it again, then this will
throw up the incorrect details error.
Just backspace in the password edit field to make sure there's nothing there
before you start typing in your password .

Hi all .I'm trying to log into a college student page using a user name and
password. I'm trying it on a laptop running windows 10 and jaws 17 and have
even tried with my phone but i keep getting an error message saying invalid
log in details. I know that i'm putting the right information in. Now last
week there was some sort of virus on their system could this be causing my
problems. Plus both on the computer and phone its saying to enable cookies
in the browser can someone explain what this means.
