Paul,
I am using Jaws 14 with Outlook 2010 and I unchecked the setting as Paul
advised and when I open the message it does not read the headers . I closed the
message back to the inbox and checked the setting to on and then Jaws did read
the mesaage headers as soon as the message opened. Actually I have always
accepted the headers as I open the message so it is strange to nto her them as
happened when I unchecked this setting!

what I mean Jaws repeating the subject line on reopening the message.
nNow if there's a way to sort this well and good but if not I guess I'll get
used to it.
