I think you can see that the text is missing from bert’s message below,. It#s
intersting to hear that you do not lost the data. That suggests the email
program might be the issue. What email program do you use? For my part, I am
using Outlook 2016. Perhaps this is a problem generated by Outlook rather than
Ecartis.

Your message seems to be blank! Could you press backspace at the beginning of
