Dominique,
I was concerned to hear that you could not see your USB. So, I inserted my
USB into the front panel of the PC and opened Windows-e. It added a fourth
item to the "Devices and Drives" list showing the Toshiba USB that I had
just plugged in.
So, I believe your system should be showing the USB. Do you know if your USB
is configured? Has it got files or photos on it?
Can you try this:
Press the windows key once by itself. Then type c: (that will open the main
hard disk drive)
Next press backspace. This should show you a list of the drives on the
computer. Arrow down this list and see if you can find the USB drive. Tell
me what it shows. I.e. what is the drive letter and does it show a name for
the USB? We might see why it is not showing up on the "this PC" listing.

Dominique,
On my Windows 10 system, holding down the Windows key and pressing E gives
me a dialog whose title is: "This PC". This is a list of nine items starting
with Folders, desktop, downloads and later "Devices and Drives grouping".
This last shows me drives C and D and my drw drive. It is important to hold
down the windows key while pressing the letter E to bring up this list. What
happens in your case?

I've always opened my USB with Windows Key & E, but this no longer works on
Windows 10, any answers?
This is another reason why I dislike this version. There's absolutely no
accessibility regarding shortcuts like there were on previous editions.
