Hi Dominique,
There are different standards of USB drives. It may be that you are plugging
in that particular USB drive into a USB port that doesn't support the speed
of that drive. I would suggest that you try one of the other USB ports on
the computer and then go into file explorer to see if its there. Windows 10
sticks very ridgitly to how it honours the different standard USB drives
that we use.

Dominique,
On my Windows 10 system, holding down the Windows key and pressing E gives
me a dialog whose title is: "This PC". This is a list of nine items starting
with Folders, desktop, downloads and later "Devices and Drives grouping".
This last shows me drives C and D and my drw drive. It is important to hold
down the windows key while pressing the letter E to bring up this list. What
happens in your case?

I've always opened my USB with Windows Key & E, but this no longer works on
Windows 10, any answers?
This is another reason why I dislike this version. There's absolutely no
accessibility regarding shortcuts like there were on previous editions.
