Hi Robbie,
I think you mean "PDF which stands for Portable Document Format". You need
the accessible version of the PDF file to be present on your computer. You may
already have a version of this software on your computer but usually the
standard version of the software will not work with access technology such as
jaws. I will give you a link to download the proper version and then you will
need to install it but first if it is present remove the other version of the
adobi reader.

NOte: When you are installing this software it may ask you to agree to
install the google toolbar, if possible try not to install this software as I
personally find it annoying and think you may also.

Can anyone tell me how to open a Post Dated File please?
I have gotten attachments in MS outlook and outlook explorer. I can get to
the attachment but it's when I hit enter and try to open these files that I get
stuck.
