[vip_students] Re UPC audio description

Hi guys.
After a Very long time waiting to get a upc sale representative, I first got to
ask does upc have the facilities on their boxes for audio description and yes
indeed they do but you have to get a Horizon box which will cost you an extra
€5 a month, I told the guy that this is discrimination against visually
impaired and blind folk as this is the only way that these people can enjoy
there favourite tv program's and his reply was that anyone that has that box
pays the extra cost, I told him that I would make more enquiries about this
cost from the justice and equality body of Ireland. If anyone else has come
across this type of abuse for disabled people I encourage you to complain about
it.
