Garry,

What do you want a template to do?

If you mean to have a constant sign off like mine below so that you don't
have to keep typing in the logo, sign-off expression and name together with
all the address details, You can create this using signatures in
"File/Options" under the "mail" tab next to "general".
When the signature text is complete you call it up with the shortcut
sequence: alt>h>a>s.

As this text is entered into the message where your cursor is placed, there
is no reason why you cannot design it as a template for the whole message.
You would then place it in the new message at the top left corner and then
type in your variable text wherever you need to.

If you would like to send me a typical message with the template details set
out as you would like to have them permanently, I can build you a sample to
show you what I mean.

My template text is referred to as a signature but only because it is
normally intended to be placed at the bottom of the message. It starts here:
