Hi Tony, I've heard that Vodafone have a deal where you can buy the phone with the talks installed, so you don't have to worry about getting it done separately. The only thing is it's expensive - pretty sure it's 150 euro. If you're a billpay customer, though, you could probably get the phone on an upgrade, with the talks included - I got my C5 almost 2 years ago for 100 with talks installed because I'd had my previous phone for four years without changing my contract.
