Hi Seoirse, Try the following instructions; 1. Press Alt + F to go to the File Menu and then arrow down to Save As. 2. In the Save dialogue box, Tab to Save In and use the arrow keys to choose the place where the file will be stored, usually My Documents, and press Enter. Note, you should be ready to save into my documents once you activate the "Save As" function in outlook express. 3. I don't recomment that you change the file name of the attachment because sometimes if you do this you can damage the file and it won't work correctly when you try to open it later. So just leave the name the same and tab to the save button. 4. Press the enter key on he "save button" and it should now be saved into your "my documents folder".
