I did a quick search on Google suspended accounts and it seems that they are
very sensitive to credit cards that may be used . People have been suspended
for no apparent reason and Google support keeps requesting that they make an
appeal to be reinstated.
Could you explain whether this is a simple account or an adword account or
if the user has a prior history of trouble with Google?
Perhaps you might like to explore that part privately but a general
description might help us to find an answer for you.

Hi all
I have been trying to setup a gmail account for a friend but have been
unable to do so.
I fill in all the details and verify the account using a code that I get by
text and then I am told that the account has been suspended.
I have tried it a number of times now with the same result using Internet
explorer and firefox.
Does anyone know why this could be?
