Hi all,
I am trying to order something online directly from the Cobolt Website and am
having difficulty placing my order. I have tried placing my order using Firefox
and Chrome from my laptop and from my phone but am having difficulty from the
stage where you enter your credit card details. On the laptop when I enter my
credit card details I haven’t found any option to submit the order and when I
did come across an order button after entering credit card details it just
stayed in the box where you enter your details and even when I refreshed the
page nothing happened.
When I tried from my phone I added the item to my cart, filled in the shipping
details and when I clicked the order button I couldn’t find any option to enter
your credit card details only an option to scan your credit card which is no
good to me.
Any help with this would be greatfully appreciated. The website is
