I think the same thing too but didn’t want to say it. When I mensioned it to
them on the phone re their Website not being very accessible especially the
area where you enter your card details the lady just said ok, she could take my
order over the phone. It would have been lovely to place the order myself on
the Website and track it as I registered but at least I was still able place
the order over the phone.

Am I the only one who finds it bitterly ironic that a website selling
products to the blind is inaccessible? This is the year 2020 and
there is simply no excuse.
