Hi Brian, I had a go at your instructions and the end result was that yes, the web link did paste in but it doesn't act as an active automatic link when I enter on the link within the e mail. I can't figure out why. Is there an alternative way than this? Thanks Brian Robbie ----- Original Message ----- From: brian_dalton To: vip_students@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Sent: Sunday, November 25, 2007 9:12 PM Subject: [vip_students] Re: Website link on e mail Hi robbie, 1. open your web page. 2. arrow to the link you wish to copy. 3. press the keys alt plus letter m to make sure you are focused on the particular link you wish to copy. 4. press the key second from the end on the top right hand corner of your keyboard. (jaws will say, right mouse button). 5. arrow down to copy shortcut and press enter. 6. go into your email and hit ctrl plus the letter v to paste in the link into your email where you want it to appear.
