[Copying and Pasting Text and Comparing Documents Side by Side]

Introduction:
Copying text is very similar to cutting and pasting text, except that you
are duplicating the selected text instead of moving it. Copying text can
save
you a lot of time when you create documents-you can easily copy a paragraph
from one document and then paste it into another one without having to
retype
it. You will practice working with multiple documents in this lesson.

Magnification users, You'll also learn about a new way to arrange windows:
comparing them side by side.

with;
*. Outlook Express Tutorial.
*. Abraham Lincoln.

the menu .

*. The two documents-Outlook Express Tutorial and Abraham Lincoln story
-appear side by side in the program window,

Express Tutorial window becomes active and the Abraham Lincoln window
becomes inactive.

make it active .

text.

very end of the document, about two lines beneath the last text in the
document .
