Good morning Geraldine, I am going to give you a long winded way of
formatting your document as I don't know the short-cut keys but the result
is the same.
First highlight whole document, control/A,
Press the alt key for file, arrow across 4 times to Format, then arrow down
once to Font and enter. and then arrow up or down until you get "times new
Roman or if you press T it will bring you down the list quicker, tab to next
field which is Font style, leave this at regular, tab again to next field
which is size, again arrow up or down to 12 if this is what you want, tab
over to the OK button and enter.
Now press alt again and tab across to format menu and arrow down twice to
paragraph and enter. Arrow down to "justify", then tab across 8 times to
line spacing and arrow down to double, then tab to the OK button and enter
Now to insert page numbers,
Highlight document with control/A,
Press alt for file and arrow across 3 times to "insert" and enter. Now arrow
down to page numbers and enter. Next tab to where you want the number
placed, the first field is position, you just arrow up or down to either
bottom or top and tab across to the OK button.

Fully justify
