Hello Kathleen,
if you select jawsKey plus j this will give you Jaws option.
arrow down until you hear help option submenu, arrow to the right arrow down
once more until you hear "start up wizard"
press enter.
tab along and you can select various changes that would suit your need.

Can anyone help with the following problem. I am using JAWS 12 & Windows XP.
I am trying to adjust JAWS Verbosity to either "advanced or intermediate" but
when I make the changes and shut down after the adjustment, Jaws reverts to
"beginners". Is there any other way I can make this adjustment permanent so
that I don't get so much unnecessary speech?.
